PPITT Directory

Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team was created in 1992, when Transition Services were mandated by the state, resulting in the creation of Transition Coordinators to inform families about available resources. PPITT has evolved so agencies can network and remain updated. Every April PPITT publishes an annual Resource Directory and hosts an annual Resource Fair. PPITT also maintains an email distribution list, website and Facebook and Scribd pages, where information and events can be shared by members and posted.
