Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Resolution
During the Board of Education's Regular Meeting on June 15, 2020, the Board adopted the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Resolution. Here is the link to the adopted resolution. Thank you to the members of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force for presenting this resolution to the BOE. This task force consisted of teachers, parents, and an administrator and was formed with the purpose of addressing these important issues for all stakeholder groups including, but not limited to gender, ability, sexual orientation, race, socioeconomic status, and family structure. As you know, MSSD14’s core values are Relationships, Deep Learning, and Opportunity. We want you to know that we are committed to doing the work to ensure that these core values are realized for ALL of our families. If you are interested in joining the Task Force, please contact Eric McMartin (emcmartin@mssd14.org).
